Committed to advancing scientific research, I leverage technology and bigdata to contribute to health solutions.
I have experience with sequencing and analysis of NGS data: pre-processing, assembly, data analisi and phylogenetic models.
I have experience with bigdata engineering, statistical and computational models.
Nowadays, I'm working with pathogenis data analysis and diagnosis of emerging and re-emerging viruses, developing complex supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, but open to new possibilities.
